Welcoming Molly Magarik to to the Team
Wilmington, DE -- Publitics announced Molly Magarik has joined the firm as a principal. She brings a deep well of experience in government, politics, strategic communications, and leadership development to the firm. Most recently, Molly served as Director of Population Health at WellCare of Kentucky and Vice President of Strategic Growth and Partnerships at Social Contract. Previously, Molly was appointed by former Governor John Carney to serve as Cabinet Secretary of Delaware’s Department of Health and Social Services, where she led 4,000 employees in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, while transforming service delivery and improving efficiencies.

Molly further expands the firm’s presence in Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to serving as Cabinet Secretary, Molly held several positions including Deputy Secretary of DHSS, State Director for then Congressman John Carney, Political Director for Beau Biden, Political Director at the DNC, and led the Delaware Democratic Party to electoral victories statewide.
